• Low overhead: EarthLight is a volunteer group, so we will apply 75% of all donations to end-users
• Insider Access: SPACE4 UKRAINE has connections at the highest government levels, all the way down to local schools and clubs.
• Vetting and standards: EarthLight will require vetting of recipients and reports on fund usage.
